This project brought together the full efforts of our team. Our decorative crew sacrificed and self-leveled the entire 15,000 SF gym, followed by interior polishing throughout the sports complex. Meanwhile, our hardscape crew completed sand-finish concrete, poured-in-place walls, and all required city work.
This exclusive multi-family project in Old Town Pasadena came with some unique challenges, one of the biggest being the need to match 40-year-old exposed aggregate and stonework. Not only was the City of Pasadena thrilled with the results, but the property owners were as well. We poured all of the sand-finished walkways, courtyards, and completed the city-required work.
